When you submit a form on this site we receive what you type: your name, email address, an optional artist or project name, an optional link to your music, and your message. The form also uses an invisible anti-spam field and a short-term rate limit based on your IP address, which is not stored beyond that purpose.

This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies and does not run third-party analytics scripts by default.

Form submissions are delivered to our mailbox (contact@thesoulofwind.com) and used solely to reply to you — about demos, distribution, licensing or press. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

If a submission leads to a distribution agreement, the correspondence becomes part of that business relationship and is kept for as long as the agreement requires.

Music and video players on this site load only after you press play. When you do, content is served by YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com) or Spotify, and those services may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. Before you press play, no player is loaded and no such request is made.

We keep form correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request or maintain our business relationship. You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you — email contact@thesoulofwind.com and we will respond. If you are in the EU/EEA, UK or California, these rights are backed by GDPR and CCPA respectively.
